At Miftahul Ilm Academy, we strive to deliver valuable and beneficial courses. However, we understand that in some cases, a refund may be requested. Please read our policy carefully:

🔹 1. Non-Refundable Payments | ناقابل واپسی ادائیگیاں

• All course fees are non-refundable once classes have started.
• Refunds are not applicable if a student decides to leave the course midway.
• Fees paid for downloadable materials or recorded lectures are non-refundable.

نوٹ: ایک بار کلاس شروع ہونے کے بعد فیس واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔

🔹 2. Refund in Special Cases | خصوصی صورت میں ریفنڈ

Refunds may be considered only in the following conditions:

• The course was cancelled by the Academy.
• Technical issues from our side that prevent access to the course.
• Payment made by mistake in duplicate (double payment).

خصوصی صورتوں میں فیس واپس کی جا سکتی ہے، جیسے کہ کورس کی منسوخی یا تکنیکی خرابی۔

🔹 3. How to Request a Refund | ریفنڈ کا طریقہ

To apply for a refund:

1. Email us at: abdulrahmanqadri405@gmail.com
2. Include your full name, course name, payment proof, and reason.
3. Wait for admin review (3–5 working days).

ریفنڈ کے لیے مکمل تفصیل اور ثبوت کے ساتھ ای میل کریں۔

🔹 4. Refund Method & Timeline

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (JazzCash / Bank Transfer)
• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days

ریفنڈ صرف اسی اکاؤنٹ میں کیا جائے گا جس سے فیس بھیجی گئی ہو۔

🔹 5. No Refund For:

• Change of mind after joining
• Student’s personal internet or device issues
• Failure to attend classes
• Disagreement with teaching style
