At Miftahul Ilm Academy, we primarily deliver digital educational content, and only limited physical items (like printed certificates or course books) are shipped when specifically mentioned.

🔹 1. Digital Delivery (ڈیجیٹل فراہمی)

• Most courses include digital materials (PDF notes, recorded videos, assignments).
• These are delivered via WhatsApp, email, or our learning portal within 24–48 hours of course registration or scheduled release.
• No shipping charges apply to digital content.

🔹 2. Physical Delivery (فزیکل مواد کی ترسیل)

We only ship physical items in the following cases:

• Printed Certificates (on request)
• Course Workbooks or Printed Syllabus (if offered)
• Academy Merchandise (if available in future)

📦 Shipping is currently available within India only. International shipping is not available yet.

• Digital content: Free
• Printed certificate within India: Rs. 150 (courier charges)
• Booklets or other items: Charges vary based on location & weight

• Within India: 3–7 working days
• Digital files: usually within 24–48 hours

• Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided

🔹 6. Wrong / Damaged Shipment

If a physical item is received damaged or incorrect:

• Report within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email
• Replacement will be processed after verification
• No refund, only replacement
